We will train your staff to use every feature of the app and we are here to help if you have any questions.
Q5: Can I make changes?
Our user-friendly dashboard allows you to easily make changes. You may add, edit or disable products. You may take or cancel orders and refund customers. Majority of these features can be implemented at the touch of a button.
Q6: Can I pause orders during working hours if I am unable to cater to more customers?
You may take a break or call it a day by pausing orders as you wish.
Q7: How can I accept card payments?
Touchless Order & Pay comes with the ability to accept card payments. We have one of the lowest transaction prices for in-app payment.
Q8: Can Touchless Order & Pay be integrated with our existing EPOS system?
If you already have an EPOS system in place we can direct the printing to your existing EPOS printer. However, we also offer an EPOS solution along with Touchless Order & Pay.
Q9: What if I don’t have an EPOS system?
Not to worry. Touchless Order & Pay can function without an EPOS system. We can provide you with a handheld device to receive orders on (still offers all functions like managing orders, pausing orders, refunding customers, etc.).

Yes, customers will be notified that their order has been received via email once the restaurant staff acknowledges their order in the system.

Yes, customers will be immediately notified that their table reservation request has been received via email. You may also send them an update about the reservation or cancel it altogether.

No, customers don’t need to download the Touchless Order & Pay app. Orders can be made via the Touchless Order & Pay web app. Customers just need to scan the QR code on the table to place the order!

Yes, customers can place orders through the website and your Facebook Page. We will put a button on your website and Facebook page which will direct the customer to the Touchless Order & Pay app.

Touchless Order & Pay allows you to view customer info (name, phone number, address, etc.). Maintain a consumer wish-list, manage important stats, and much more.

Yes, you can print the order on the bar printer or the kitchen printer. The choice is yours. You can also choose to print your orders on both printers.

Yes. We can create multiple branches and stores for your business allowing your customers to choose a branch near their location when they place an order.
Q24. Can I charge a deposit to secure table reservations?
Yes, you may take deposits from customers at the time of table reservation as a prepayment against their total bill.
